Kathy Norman is a rare native Charlottean, who grew up in South Charlotte. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. After a successful career in Advertising Sales and Management in the radio broadcast industry, Kathy decided to apply her sales expertise to real estate sales in Charlotte. Her father was a Charlotte Realtor and she had always wanted to follow in his footsteps one day. Like her dad, she has a strong work ethic and a true passion for helping people.
